Security Deposit

Please Note:

• $500 refundable security deposit is required to reserve a restroom trailer. This amount is separate from the rental & delivery charges. 

• Security Deposit will be refunded after satisfactory return inspection within 10 business days. 

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refunds for cancellation 7 days before the event.

• For less than 7 days notice, 75% will be refunded and deposit will be forfeited.

• For less than 48 hours notice, no refunds will be made.

Operation Requirements:

• Electric: Trailers require power source within 20 feet of placement. Need 110v 20amp circuits, trailers can be plugged in to standard 3 prong sockets. If dedicated 20amp circuits are not available, please rent a generator from us. Mr. Clean will not be responsible for breakers flipping due to under powered circuits.

  • In summers, need just one cord to be plugged in (Air condition, Lights)

  • In winters, need three cords to be plugged (Room Heater, Lights, Tank Heaters)

• Water source and garden hose within 20 feet of the trailers is required for re-fills.

• We also provide generator rental and water fills at extra charge. First fill at delivery is free of charge
